Program Operations

Navelencia After School Program is a free program serving all 6th-8th grade students. We serve a total of 100 students with 5 highly trained staff.

Enrollment

Applications are available for all 6th-8th grade Navelencia Students. Priority enrollment is given to students identified as homeless or foster youth. 
 
If you would like your child(ren) to be a participant in the Navelencia Expanded Learning Program (ELP) applications are now online and available by using the following link: https://www.ezchildtrack.com/parentapplication/en/?c=fresno&district=kingscanyon&nocache=202508011344564180 
 
If the program is full when you submit your application, your child will be placed on a waiting list. 
 
Program Evaluation
Navelencia ELPl is evaluated annually.
